Hardwired should block VSAT

That wouldn't make people use it though they would just have a class with it on to switch to when required. This wouldn't be fair IMO. The best way to balance the vSat is to make it for the users eyes only.

I think a nice buff for hard wired would be to dissort the radar of enemies in your vicinity like your running round with an MW3 jammer.

You could also switch to a cold blooded and Blind Eye class when there is high end streak up, it's no different.

You're playing with much better randoms than me. Whenever I call in a VSAT the players on my team invariably start dying more often and totally abandon the objectives too, in order to chase the pretty triangles.

Yea that does happen as well.

counter uav

You don't unlock that until level 33 which is just stupid considering how UAV centric this game is. Not only that but it is a 600 point streak. Earning that while playing with a bunch of randoms is not as easy as it sounds in anything outside of KC and even then with lag involved it still isn't simple.

Bahahahahahaha!!!!! Nomination for my lul of the day.

We'll settle this with violence. Come on, give it all you got. We'll settle this with bullets. Go ahead, take your best shot.

UAV Jammer really should be in this game.

A Swarm wouldn't loose its effect because one guy switches to blind eye. The whole idea of the vSat is exact knowledge of enemy position so you and your team can safely cap flags/flank etc. If there was a counter to it all it would take for one guy to be immune to it to take away that sense of security its designed to create.

I'm not arguing that the vSat isn't a problem its the most OP thing in the game IMO but a full counter is not the way to go. Shorter duration, costing more points or the jammer effect I mentioned earlier are better options.

The purpose of the vsat is to show everyone on the map.

It already has a few fair counters. Emp, emp nades, counter uav.
It would be pointless to have if perks countered it because as someone mentioned, players can just switch classes to make themselves invisible.

Like I already said you can already switch to Blind Eye and Cold Blooded, this would be no different. Plus do you really think most people would switch when most don't even switch to Blind Eye/Coldblooded.

Yeah, I understand. But the point of the vsat was to have all enemy players show up on radar. It becomes useless if certain setups do not makes it so you don't show up. where as the purpose of ai controlled score streaks is to target anyone who doesn't have blind eye.

This idea was implemented in mw3 with the assassin perk, and adv uav seemed pointless.
