With hackers running rampant, why play this anymore?

There's this hack called the "vac hack," there's "lag switchers" then there's some fools who are straight up cheating with 3,000+ unstoppable kill medals (30 kills without dying) and retardedly high K/Ds. I wouldn't doubt there are (not so common but possible) aimbotters and wall hackers either with some of the kill cam's i've seen.

Treyarch does not even seem to comment on any of these rule breaking things.
It's disgusting how players are getting away with these exploitations.

I have yet to come across any hackers, at least noticable ones. And the unstoppable kill medals are probably just boosters, and unless they are boosting in my games I don't care.

The odd thing is that you are checking through all the peoples medals you come across just to see that stuff. LOL

i've yet to run into any hackers or cheaters yet but i am aware of them & if i do happen to see them i'll either report them or message a few big COD youtubers have them expose them to a bigger audience

Played a guy the other day that was sub 1 kd and 30ish Nuclears with like 600ish Unstoppables. He went negative in all our matches. Must not have been feeling it.

So you're telling me (with the example I posted) that people boost for 3,000 nuclear killer medals?? (30 kills without dying) do you have any idea how long that would take? i wont post the dudes gamertag but his actual number of those medals was 3,921.

Give me a break dude no one not even a booster could have accumulated that many of those.
Hell myself, I consider to be slightly above average my KD is 1.75, 380ish SPM my best medals Brutal - 25 kills without dying x1 and i got lucky with that on Hijacked dom against noobs.

3,921 multiplied by 30 is 117,630 kills total. I call total BS and I'm going to assume he got outside third party software help. It's especially fishy since he only has 11,000 total career kills.

And why is it odd to check a players medals, especially one who is completely dominating with robot reflexes and insane kills?

Most likely an in game glitch. There was one that had to do with local play and it messed up your online stuff and could make your stats all whack. I don't see how outside thirdparty stuff that would actually do anything to help would help get that. Specially if he didn't have the kills to equate the medals.

I honestly don't think I've ever come across a hacker in even one single solitary game so far.
