Spam tac grenades. Annoy the s*** out of the enemy team, rack up assist points when teammates slaughter stunned enemies, go grab scav bags, do it again.
Note: Pick up a random gun to slaughter enemy team after you stun them.

LOL!
Also, a lot of times the guy with the shield is only giving his teammates free kills when I'm playing against them. I get shot by his teammates while I'm trying to avoid being bashed.
