Or they realize that most killstreaks are utterly worthless against a competent enemy except for EMP and VSAT.

I rather like using scorestreaks that allow me to annoy the enemy team, like the RCXD/HK.

Why not have killstreaks from all ranges?

The greatest victory isn't by points or kill/death ratios. It's causing your opponent to rage-quit.

I don't have a problem with 2 players from my team running high streaks as long as it starts at Vsat because that is what usually breaks the lobby in your favor. And then they rage quit if the dogs/swarm are called in.
I usually just stick with uav/cuav/vsat myself. Every now and then swap the Vsat for lightning strike
