I use RDS/Fast Mags. A sight is up to you but I can't stand the irons personally and I find my self ADS quite a bit with the Chicom.

This is all based completely on preference... It's whatever you are comfortable with.

I hate using any gun without having quickdraw on it, so I would use RDS/Quickdraw.

Perks are preference.

Hmm, I guess I'm the opposite. I use Silencer and Laser Sight, but I got Gold for it before the last patch so I'm not sure if anything changed since then.

Even though it's a burst weapon, the bursts are so quick and the delay so little, you won't need select fire. Iron sights are meh, I prefer using a Reflex Sight if I use the Chicom, and either a Laser Sight for spamming hipfire better, or Fast Mag. Standard SMG perk setup as well.
