Scavenger/Fast Hands
Dexterity/Tac Mask
Concussion x2
Perk 2 Greed
Perk 3 Greed
And spam concussions. Any stunned enemy you get, just aim for the head and you'll get them easy.

10 - 15 per match wasn't out of the question for most pistols, Executioner took a little longer.
