I understand it's not your fault that you have bad internet. Unfortunately, people with bad connections make games suck for everybody (with the constant lagging and or migrating host messages).

Yea Luckily I never get host. I Usually only play when my ping is that bad. Usually im 3 bar. I am never 4 bar though which kinda sucks.

You might try a mobile hotspot... I get better ping and download speeds with mine (just a virgin mobile 3g) than what you posted even though they're certainly not good (compared to my wired connection).
