Flak Jacket and Lightweight (Doomguy is fast and one explosion won't kill him from full unless he's right on top of it/hit directly)
Scavenger and Toughness (Doomguy doesn't suffer from viewkick, and enemies often drop ammo for him)
ExCon and Dead Silence (Doomguy is FAST and doesn't make noise when moving)
All three perk greed wildcard, obv
You can substitute ExCon or Toughness for ExMags if you'd like.
