Aye. Once you hit "Prestige Master" everything unlocks. However you can unlock "enough" in one prestige if you don't mind ignoring many of the weapons.

To be more clear, even with the ten permanent unlock tokens from the ten prestige, you'll still be short by a fair amount until you hit Prestige Master. So if you haven't prestiged at all, assuming you didn't touch one different killstreak, you'd still be short at least ten for class options.

THIS.

The only way to get everything unlocked is by being a prestige master. After you hit the very end of level 55, 10th prestige.

I see. Thanks for the info.

Seems like prestiging is much quicker in Black Ops 2, so I might just do it. I mean, the main thing I wanted was 10 create a class slots, but I do not want to feel limited in my options (mind you, I've never really felt that way, but who knows what crazy class setups I'll want to try).
