Honestly, Blops 2. Much as I dislike the game in other areas, it's balanced and yet full of variety when it comes to these things. The target finder is the only detractor, but that's nothing compared to the other games' ****.

Otherwise totally agree! A bit too simple though IMO, since there were what, 4 attachments to choose from? Only 1 for snipers?

Simplicity isn't always a bad thing. I loved CoD4 for that reason alone.

Everyone used one or the other (or UAV Jam for stealth, which was huge given UAVs were 3 kills and couldn't be shot down). It was like they didn't exist in the first place. Compared to things like Lightweight which takes latency problems and multiplies them by 2, and Dexterity which might be the dumbest thing in the game, SP and Jugg weren't an issue

I agree with your point on UAV hammer. but in the context of game changing gunfights I'd say SP and juggs trumped everything else. Imean who wins head to head between SP and UAV j'er?

Why is the UAV Jammer getting into head-to-head fights? The majority of my kills on a UAV Jam kit come from the side/back. One more or less bullet isn't as important as accuracy if you do get into a frontal fight.
