I've been playing BF since 2008 and I haven't seen this skill he's speaking of

I've only briefly played a few of the battlefield games, but they always just seemed like campfests to me.

not saying cod is very motor skill intensive, but BF games always struck me as requiring much less.

if someone said cod required far less than quake live, CS, or halo... That seems like a valid statement.

BF requires much more strategy, thought, and team work.

I'd say

BF = intelligent playing
CoD = ADD playing

Battlefield is much more about coordination and strategy than the "skill" that you would think of in terms of Call of Duty. You can blow chunks at gun play in Battlefield and still be quite an amazing player. I think skill in that game mostly comes from experience and the knowledge of how to handle whatever situation is at hand.
