My friend just bought me a copy of this game. Looks like a bootleg.

It came with the case and the label looks legit. Only thing is there is no Xbox 360 seal in the middle of the disc near the hole. Every single xbox 360 game I have has this. The black ops II I got is just pure silver around the hole. On other discs I can see the seal on the bottom as well. This one is just silver on the bottom. Can anyone confirm if this is real or not?

Oh yeah forgot to point out that the box looked legit too. Just no xbox 360 seal on the disc itself.

How does it play? I don't think a normal 360 will play bootlegs

Not even going to put it in my xbox until I know for sure. If you look near the hole of the disc you should see a hologram xbox 360 logo. The one I got from my friend is pure silver. No logo. All of my xbox 360 game have that logo.

It's a refurbished disc. The silver circle is used to repair cracks in the center of the disk. They're usually from the terrible cases that the 360 has but they can start cracking. Your disc is legit.

if not just go to gamestop, purchase a used copy of black ops 2 and come back the next day with the switched disk and ask for a refund.

this. I've bought games from gamestop that had that on it. My black ops 1 disc had a piece chip off from me taking it in/out of the case. Cases are terrible for 360, well the ones they use for COD anyway.

Resorted to putting my games in a cd/dvd book to save space and spare the discs from cracking. Stashed cases until I need them.

Why didn't you just disconnect from live/Internet? If its a bootleg and your 360 hasn't been modded or the drive flashed it won't even recognise the disc. Even connected to live its not going to send a message to Microsoft saying "This user inserted a blank CD into there disk drive" because that's all it would recognise it as, a blank CD.
