Either Hardline or Engineer. Engineer would allow me to do my job more efficiently, which could possibly lead to getting a better raise, but 10%? Probably not, so more than likely Hardline.

Hardline, With kids it's a no brainer, Toughness isn't necessary because I pull that off 5 days a week, Bosses don't screw with the few people good employees they have left.

I'd have to go with Extreme Conditioning. Being able to get 8 hours of studying done in the span of 7 hours sounds like it'd be useful seeing as these diabolic professors put crap on our exams that we never learned.
