Zombie mode problem?

Hey so I decided to try out Zombie mode for the first time today. The thing is while the game I'm joining is loading, it gets stuck on the "waiting for other players" screen for 2-3 minutes. By the time I join the game 1 or 2 of the people on my team have already left. Is this a common problem?

unlike multiplayer, zombies is still locally hosted as im aware, so it depends on the lobby hosts pc and internet speeds. try setting up with some body who has both fast ones
