Physics engine

I wish they would keep the physics engine for the game. It would actually seperate it from other MMO's out there, but I know they won't for the sake of framerate. It'll be kind of odd killing things in cyrodill without they rolling down hills and falling off cliffs.

If anyone remembers Hellgate: London, that game had ragdoll physics similar to TES, so it's possible.

Physics engines are fine in MMOs when they're on the client side of things. Mobs could drop their loot as a bag where they're killed and ragdoll away without affecting the world.
