The business suit segment isn't from WWE '13, it has a different style than the WWE '13 create-a-story. The later parts are however.

Makes sense, the business suit segment was probably made on the SVR 2011.

It's Smackdown vs Raw 2011, I just checked. It's even in the same backstage office.

Oh, okay. I don't even play the RTW storylines in these games at all. I've just briefly played a few matches in AE mode this year and I wasn't impressed. Thanks for correcting me in a respectful manner, though. I appreciate it.
