I'm sure Andriasang or something will post up a full translation later, but the second question in the interview says something along the lines of:
Q: Did anything change in the porting process of Final Fantasy Legends: Warriors of Light and Dark?
A: The feature phone edition was like a manga series in style; a new chapter every month. Now all chapters are together, so to a certain extent it can be played like a regular RPG package.
