Does ability power/ spell penetration affect true damage?

agentpheonixPosted 12/10/2012 2:15:22 PM	Asking for Lugbol. I was making an ability power / spell pen loadout for him and then realized that it might not affect his ult since it deals true damage. GetHighAndPlayPosted 12/10/2012 2:20:00 PM	Spell pen will have no effect but if the ability scales off of AP then it will do more True Damage. --- XboX Live = Lyle420
