For example: Orcs Mail Relic: Each enemy soldier and creature kill gives you +1% basic attack resistance and ability resistance up to a max of 10%. Bonus lost on death.

When it says up to a max of 10% does that mean I cant stack it more with other relics and gems that give resistance?
