Final Doom as DLC?

Pretty please?

I never got to play those new maps. I'd love them as PSN DLC.

I'd also appreciate a Quake 4 pack, similar to this one, with Quake 1, 2, and 3 included.

Doubt it. They didn't do it for 360, so there's a high chance of no Final Doom. Also everyone's working on Doom 4 right now. If you really need to play Final Doom, just get it on PC.

I might just Ebay Final Doom for PS1.

I have both this Doom 3 BFG edition, and the PS1 port of Doom (which are slightly different).

The Final Doom for PSone isn't exactly a true port of the PC version. It's basically parts of the Master Levels and small parts of Final Doom. It only has 30 levels in total while the PC version has 64 levels + Master Levels (20 levels + 1 secret) so you get 85 levels in total for the PC version. However, Master Levels is sold separately.

I think the music in doom on PS1 was the best...

Overall the original PC game is, IMO, the best version, but definitely the best port is the PS1 version.

The new sound effects, lighting, and music do add a lot to the creepy atmosphere. I have both the PC game (in this BFG edition) and the PS1 port.

There is a possible interview-in-progress going on in this thread with the composer, if you're interested:

he dropped in a few days ago to say hi and link to his latest stuff ( http://aubreyhodges.bandcamp.com/album/journey-into-the-dark-places ), but said he would answer any questions they have.
