i saw that on the europe ps blog, their lucky thhey get to have blu ray version just like QFB, that not fair

Probably because their PSN is even more neglected than ours. Or maybe downloading games hasn't become as mainstream. Still, if it really bothers you that much, buy a physical copy online. It'll cost you a little more, but that's the price for bein' picky. >_>;
