I would think that would make it easier:
Buy the PS3 version on PSN, get download links for both PS3 and Vita automatically.
Buy the PS3 version in store (where available), get download PSN code for Vita.

I m curious also as gamefaqs says itll only be avail on psn in NA. Also couldnt find it up for pre order at gamestops website even though its out in nov.
