She has my all time favourite design in this game and she doesn't even have her jacket totally open like in the Arkham games. And Wonder Woman is wearing pants. PANTS. That alone should shut you up.
Harley is the only character you can say dresses stupidly but that's been kind of a trend that's been happening lately. Personally, I like her design from the cartoon the best but what can you do? This game still is pretty conservative overall.

Hate the new outfits. Really hoping she has a classic look in the game!

Also, the guy that made the "losers that get off to polygons" crack is so overloaded with fanboy rage and other insecurities that he just tries to make others look pathetic. Seriously, do you see things in polygons in this game? Harley is designed to look like an attractive woman, and as long as you don't make it weird there is absolutely nothing mentally wrong with somebody finding that to be attractive. That's sort of like saying to people that had a strong emotional response to anything in any video game--from blowing up Megaton to Dom's suicide--that "You are stupid for finding this worth investing in, considering it is all polygons.

But this isn't that bad in a game that is less better than most, and her inevitable second costume is likely to look more B:TAS style.
