There are 100% damage combos involving some intractables. Ya, they're going to get shut off.

I think one of the problems with stage interactions at a competitive level is that depending on if you're P1 or P2 one of you is already at an advantage because not all stage interactions work the same so say the Bat Signal is better than the Helicopter for example. P1 is at an advantage there.

There's also the fact that Batman just spinning and sliding a dumpster goes a lot faster and safer than a power character picking it up and throwing it.

Marvel has 100% combos with assists and nobody complains about needing those shut off

Well, being able to pick your preferred stage with the coin flip will be a large part of things, but honestly this puts it in-line with the tournament shenanigans of UMvC3, and we all know how popular that is.

It's not like random scrubs are going to be pulling this stuff off on a competitive level, so unless you have a more simplistic variant hiding somewhere this is nothing to be concerned about.

This is pretty situational with the trait and positioning, and I also wonder if this is a patched version of the game since a lot of characters damage has been getting hit.

I think the easiest solution for interactions is for all of them to be blockable unless you burn meter on them like the cars already are.
