Well, if you're not going to buy the game. Whether or not the game is dub shouldn't matter to you. People who wants to play pay for it. You don't want to play the game, so simply don't pay for it.

People who have slightest idea of what business is about would thanks Koei for still bringing the game over. People that are complaining probably is not running any business before in their life. It's hard to give something away to customers who doesn't give enough back in return.

I happily support KOEI because I want to keep getting their games.
I don't know Japanese, so I can't afford to have them pull the plug on the English market entirely.

I'm incredibly happy that they keep releasing their games in North America even though it's not making them a profit.
