Question about circuit set unlocks...

Completing the game in say, Hard difficulty, unlocks the +3 SPD circuit set. Can we assume that the +3 circuit sets for Casual difficulty and Normal difficulty (+3 CLP and +3 RLD) are unlocked as well?

Unlocks are retroactive. Check your unlocks/progress in the 'extras' menu to find this out. But yes, if you went through on hard the first time, you would retroactively unlock all the upgrades from easy and normal, along with the hard upgrades.

Thank you kind Sir. I figured so, but a co-worker was insisting they weren't retroactive, which makes no sense.
