I personally want to get the game for 360 as I just prefer the controls for SC on a controller instead of a keyboard and mouse. However my friend sounds like he might be leaning towards getting it for PC. Do you know if it will be possible to just plug in my 360 controller into the USB port and play the game control wise EXACTLY like if it were on 360 without having to go through different programs? I've heard of some games being able to have functionality like this and I was curious if anyone has heard any news or anything to comment on it. Thanks for all help.
I imagine you can use a 360 controller with this but whether or not you will need special programs or you can use it just like the 360 version is something I've been searching for but haven't found an answer to. Most ubisoft games support a 360 controller really well so the chances are pretty good, but I couldn't commit to a real answer. If I end up seeing anything else on it I'll hit the thread again.
I use a wired Xbox 360 controller for most of my PC games that aren't on Steam. If you have a Windows 7 OS, you can just plug it in and play, no drivers required (except for the Rumble Feature, if you really want it). Not sure if it's the same for wireless controllers, though.
Controllers have less buttons to remember TWO motion sensitive controls, one for movement and one for camera, pc only has one. And they are not as sensitive as a mouse which is a pro for some. --- Adam Savage: LET'S PILLAGE Tory Bellici: I don't think that's legal in California
Do people even try to use Keyboards and Mice these days? Gamer's are getting lazy.
Oh yeah...because preferring a controller over keyboard and mouse controls, which often make peoples hands feel really stiff after playing for long periods of time, clearly means they're lazy. --- I am a dedicated member of the "Walter Sullivan Is Bad-Ass" group!!!
