Because they don't understand that everyone else uses the letter grade system (or rather, everyone who uses the letter grade system doesn't realize it's inferior to the 5=average system), their review scores don't match up with others. Therefore, the 4.5 (marginally below average) is approximately a 6.5, not really a bad score. Nothing worth freaking out about.
Furthermore, if anyone actually read the review, they'd realize he thought you were supposed to kill everything and that he doesn't seem to like survival horror games judging from his review.
So it's reviews are a 6, a 7, and 9.2, while it has been getting a lot of great previews and is from the developers of Beyond Good and Evil, Rayman Origins, etc. Not Ubisoft Paris, the developer of Red Steel. There's as of yet no reason to believe it will be bad with that pedigree and a 92/100 against two mixed reviews.

Just went to that mislabled URL for the ZombiU review and did they just removed the score? I see N/A now instead of their original score. How much trouble do you think they got into for that? Granted, the content of the review is still there...
