can you blow up your own mine by running over it?

4 zombies crawled out of a hole and in a panic I ran behind a steel door by the entrance to a shortcut, I assumed they would break open the door so I laid a mine down, however they are not coming through.. I want to see if I can open it myself but the mine is directly in front of the door and I am afraid if I walk near the proximity mine i am just going to blow myself up lol

If you walk by it, it will blow up. You can shoot it though. If you have enough room, stand back and shoot it.

You can either shoot it to make it explode or sometimes if you are lucky you get close to it and press X yo can pick it up again.

Zombi's can only force wooden doors and wired gates to open.That's why you can't nail a metal door shut.

A mine I placed today in the arena almost (should've?) blew me up, ALMOST stopped me from topping the leaderboards ;)
