A few friends of mine returned to their zombies and found that their zombies had either glitched in the ground,wall or a shelf and they couldn't recover their items.

It isn't cheating if you dupe all your items and leave them in your SH as a precaution.

I've completed the regular mode and this game is amazing and alot of fun regardless of the few random glitches.

The glitches shouldn't be a deterrent,they are actually a small blemish compared to the greatness of this game.

Imo opinion it's cheating no matter how you look at it, specially if you want to complete survivor mode with it and get into the leaderboards.

On the other hand, if you completed the game more than once and want to goof around i guess it could be ok, but it still affects the leaderboards if you don't play offline.

If i would know how to do the glitch it would seriously ruin the whole game for me personally

It's just like quiting in survivor mode every moment there's a risk of dieing, i wouldn't care if i have to start over 100 times, i want to complete that mode without using any cheats

They should have added a mode in where you can use infinite ammo and infinite health cheats, or other cheats that bring replay value, if you played Goldeneye on N64 you know what i mean, these are small things for a developer to put in a game but brings so much fun and replay value, in Goldeneye you had to earn these cheats by completing levels in a certain time limit and you could not use these cheats to complete levels you did not complete yet.

As good as all games recently do not have these cheats anymore, it's a shame

Here is my take on this duping issue. On the most recent issue of GameInformer, there is an interview with one of the developers of ZombiU and in that interview, the question was asked about why the combat is so cumbersome. The developer's response was that the cricket bat was intended to be used as a "last resort" but due to the lack of ammo in the game, most players are using the cricket bat as the go-to weapon which in turn is hurting the game due to the repititive combat.

People who are using the glitch is using it for what the developers had intially intended for the game IMO. Use guns first and use the bat as the last resort.

I use it to bring a new survivor's handgun level up a bit, bout it. Once I did clone a couple first aids because I lost a survivor (call him "A") and then lost my next survivor ("B") after killing "A" but before getting a chance to loot him (there were lots of zombies around). When my next survivor ("C") got back to where "A" and "B" died, on the body of "B" was there to loot, which had next to nothing. Therefore anything "A" had carrying with him when he died was lost for good.

It's quite simple, using the item glitch makes the game ridiculously easy and completely takes the challenge away from this game, The whole purpose to this game is to be a survival horror game, if you use that glitch you turn it into a FPS in which you just blast through everything.

If you want a game like that buy cod black ops 2
