And by that I mean each aspect of the weapon. As in, one upgrade to firepower, one to speed, etc. (Excluding of course certain weapons that have specific upgrades blocked like capacity for the DB shotgun)

I'm not worried about that. I am actually glad it is only one. I figured I would have to hoard all those upgrades until I found the weapons I liked and then use them, but now I am fine to upgrade what I want.
