NessEggmanPosted 2/27/2013 6:03:04 PM | So, now that this game has been out, and people have actually had plenty of time to spend on this game, I'm hoping a lot of the "I hate it because it's new!" and "This is shiny and new! I love it!" people are... gone.
With my surprisingly positive tax return, I'm considering getting a WiiU with this game.
For those of you who have FULLY played this game, beginning to end, possibly many times...
What are the major positive and negative points of this game? I hate reading reviews because they tend to have unrealistic bias, and usually are written by people who don't play the game enough.
I've heard mixed feelings about this game, so only people who have played it all the way through at least once, please comment, and tell me how valid the complaints and praises are.
Also, about the ZombiU bundle in the US... the copy of NintendoLand that comes with it is just a digital download, right? What about the "regular" deluxe WiiU set? Is that a physical copy? Can someone list all the differences between the regular black WiiU set and the ZombiU bundle?

3asmon3Posted 2/27/2013 6:26:15 PM | Regular deluxe set has The Wii U with other accesoriee with the physical copy of Nintendo Land. ZombiU Bundle Set has ZombiU Wii U Pro Controller and Digital download of Nintendo Land. Bundle set cost more. Deluxe set Cost $350 bundle is $399 I think.

As for its cons, I would say that it becomes somewhat easy once you get used to everything (and remember to take it very slow) and the limited item space is annoying. It should be a good thing to make the game more challenging but it just makes have to throw away too many items, which basically means those items are worthless. Do you know how many times I have used planks? Once. At the beginning. And that was to test them out.
Also, if you are not the methodical type, and rushing in is your thing, this game may just seem tedious to you.

pjtuftPosted 2/28/2013 12:29:01 AM | Absolutely love it, bugs and all (I used this site and the UBI forum to avoid the game breaking bugs fortunately). Favorite Wii U game, maybe top 10 or 15 of all time honestly. I replayed the game immediately after I beat it, which I've only ever done with Uncharted 2.
Like earlier posters said, if you are ok with taking it slow its a blast and very tense!! |
