Question about the plaza in Nintendoland

at 10:44 When there in the plaza before going into a attraction there are other mii's all walking around. Does anyone know if thats a real person moving them or just ai?

what video? probably AI since there is only miiverse interaction and no online play for the game. similar to how the Mii will move around in the warawara plaza.
