Just cleared Yoshi's game with no check marks, warp gates, or assist play and received Gate Master but not Gate keeper. This is a long game and don't want to play again without getting the easier of the 2 stamps. Does anybody know what Gate Keeper requires?

For Gatekeeper stamp you need to beat the blue lvl 50. You will still get the stamp if you warp there. I found the info in this topic:

Just in case somebody here wants to know, the shortest path to the end I found was taking the warp from 3, then taking every warp you encounter from that point on. It's ridiculously short. Conserve that path for the blue stages, and Gate Keeper is cake.
