I've got videos of desperate dash and breaking boundaries up if you get stuck there.

Grrr... I am still stuck on level 13 as the Pikmin. I am having consistently am having trouble at the part inside the cave with all the green bulbax creatures as the Pikmin.

What level did you master the mission as a Pikmin?

I used the 3DS camera for both of these. Are there any ways to improve the picture quality or sound with the 3DS?

The extra levels are literally impossible to master.

It seems like you have to get lucky to master the extra levels.

Extra level 21 and 22 are the ones that I am stuck on and currently working on as Olimar and Pikmin.

Did anyone else master all of these extra levels? How do I go about defeating these bosses more quickly?

I just finished mastering all of the levels with the Pikmin yesterday. Luck is a factor, but you don't need to be lucky. I might do a video of level 22 today. The fist is the best item for beating all of the bosses with the Pikmin.

It seems like for the extra levels, its much harder to play as Olimar to master the missions because of the constant color changing of the Pikmin with the correct colors.

I haven't tried playing as a PIkmin yet, but I might try it out tonight. Is it easier to master the extra missions as a Pikmin?

I did it as Olimar. I left it on multi-coloured for a lot of it.

If you're just going for the master rank, I recommend running away from the last two bosses (the two beeb based ones) when they do their spinning attack.

I think it's usually easier to get a master rank with the Pikmin. Olimar's colour change is one of his biggest advantages over the Pikmin. Olimar does better than the Pikmin when items aren't available.

As a little side note: Olimar's jump is a bit longer than the Pikmin's jump. This allows him to finish the first part of level 11 (the third timed challenge) without defeating any enemies! This could probably be useful in other areas, but I don't remember where any of them may be.

On stage 20, the Mantis boss with the big spikes. How exactly do you stun this boss with the rocks after the second segment? Also, is it better as a Pikmin player to use the Leaf or the Fighter power (whatever you call it) to rack up more damage in order to defeat the boss?
