Whats the difference between Gatekeeper and Gatemaster?

The stamp requirements sound to be the same too me. Do I have to beat the game twice to get the stamp, or will I get both of them at once?

For gatekeeper you can use ticks and warp gates, and have to get to level 50, warp to level one and get to 50 again.

For gatemaster you can't use ticks and warp gates and have to get to level 50.

I hate gate 41 with a passion... The one with the rotating fruits with numbers in a awkward order, I had 4 lives left and I lost 2 of them because of how insane this puzzle is... How exactly do I get around this without losing so many lives?

I'm pretty sure the no tick requirement is false. I used all of the ticks in my run, and got the stamp.

The video certainly did help a lot.

My biggest fears still is dealing with stages 42 and 43, 46-48. Those are the stages I tend to die on the most.

I finally mastered stages 40 and 41, and 44-45, thanks to the video!

I'm glad to hear it. Ideally I would've uploaded all of the levels without mistakes, but where I did make mistakes hopefully you can see what I was going for and how to fix it.
