Turbo_TRexPosted 2/2/2013 10:51:21 PM | Go me. Stage 12 was crazy hard; it took me dozens of tries. Stage 14 was pretty intense too (the boss was the easy part, if you can believe that). Now I'm going to do it again as the Swordsman. Hopefully the shield will make things easier.

MarioMastarPosted 3/1/2013 11:48:01 PM | Yes ANY tips would be greatly appreciated. I only have the Master stages to Master as Archer, but I'm THIS close to just plugging in a second player as swordsman, having them go out and shield everything while I pick off the enemies from a distance.
I like Sword better cause Sword can shield almost every attack in the game, making it so much easier to survive (and it's YOUR fault if you get hit because you'd have to attack a shielded Moblin, which you can just wait for an opening or parry them).
With Archer though, if the Moblins get close enough to you, you're screwed, you can't dodge, you can't defend, you basically need perfect accuracy to hit them all before they reach you, and believe me, I've Mastered all the Time Attacks and I still fail these Quest missions. I also hate how the Moblins can DODGE your arrow shots, which pretty much screw you over completely.
Any tip will be greatly appreciated. |
