xdragonx35Posted 2/9/2013 7:55:12 PM | You can press the A button or the Left D-Pad (or right, I'm blanking right now) to CENTER your arrow.
The D pad position sucks if you're left-handed like me, so you can comfortably press the A button when needed whilst leaning the GamePad on your stomach area.
It's great because you can flick your Pad up and quickly press A or Left when needed. Just a tip.
It's my last stamp and I wanted to help you all. I've frequented this board towards the end of my game's lifespan and I will gladly share a lot of tips or answer any questions. --- NintendoMaster |
diteo3DSPosted 2/10/2013 9:13:16 PM | I simply cannot do this stamp...so frustrating. But now is midterms so I'll try again after those, but fml it is insane. |
xdragonx35(Topic Creator)Posted 2/10/2013 9:49:58 PM | I completed all 80 stamps just now. I completed the Unstoppable stamp in a few hours today btw.
The trick with the game is that it is not like the other Nintendo Land attractions where you can play, shut the Wii U off, and play again later. IMO, when playing Ninja Castle, go for the Platinum and other 4 stamps first. These should be played in the same game session so everything is fresh in your mind - this allows you to get acquainted with the enemies and the whole structure of the game.
Every subsequent playthrough must be to learn each area or learn anything that will help you get ahead. Every run should be your best run. Don't restart because you can go to Scene 3 or 4 and practice.
Ninja Castle is not my forte in this game, but here's what I learned:
-Rest the GamePad on a pillow or something and place it on your lap. Use the A button or Left D Pad to frequently recalibrate.
-No scrolls should be used in the first 4 Scenes. Only use ONE if absolutely necessary. Save the Scrolls for the Extra Scenes. You should have 5 in the start of Extra
-I started using my scrolls in Extra Scene 2. You have a huge advantage going into Extra Scene 3.
-Use the Clay Bombs for the first Bonus scene and Triple Star for the 2nd Bonus Scene. This allows you to net a 1-2 Scroll profit. Any hearts you may have lost will be fully recovered. The Ninjas will die, which is your priority.
-Don't be lazy. Throw your stars with authority and confidence. Throw 2-3 stars per non-Blue Ninja to take into account any of their thrown stars and extra health.
-Stars home in on targets if they are in the Ninja's vicinity.
-The Scene 4 Boss' body gives hearts and 1-3 scrolls. Get those after destroying his 4 hands.
-Save ONE scroll for the very last blue Ninja in Extra Scene 4. Use Falcon Eye for this. The game gives you 3 seconds to react to this blue ninja. As SOON as you see it appear, use the Falcon Eye. This will ensure the stamp.
-It's a molehill, not a mountain. Understand that you have to only play 6 Scenes, only needing to memorize 3 maps. Then realize Scene 1 will always be a perfect playthrough. That whittles down the stamp to 5 Scenes. The Bosses have nothing to do with the stamp.

diteo3DSPosted 3/3/2013 8:54:28 PM | Finally got it now! So happy have all the stamps, only need to master levels 20-22 as Pikmin in Pikmin --- http://backloggery.com/games.php?user=mar27&console=WiiU |
Stephen_TrainorPosted 3/21/2013 9:13:22 AM | I finally got this today. I didn't miss any ninjas, but took a lot of damage, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got the stamp, as I thought you weren't allowed to get hurt. --- NNID: SteveTrain http://www.youtube.com/RSSteve0 http://goldeneyesalvation.webs.com/ |
