It would get HUGE additional sales with that alone. There would be an audience who would buy this game just for that.
I'd actually even know what her fair but powerful Special would be. One that would technically defend her from all attacks while it's on.

Only thing I could see holding the idea back is if Disney had plans to make there own Wreck It Ralph cart racer. Otherwise the DLC would probably sell like hotcakes, and fans of the movie would likely pick the game up.
A secret shortcut through the Diet Coke hotsprings would be boss! :P
