165 to unlock all chatacters.

Is this some sick and twisted joke?

Was a pain to get 120, and now I have to get 45 more?!

No, I didn't C class my way through world tour, I unlocked S rank before starting.

Many had to be beaten on B rank, but I beat what I could on A or S rank, but seriously, some of these things are just... The solo trials like traffic atatck and the persuit are fine... but the ring races give me superman 64 vibes on the higher ranks, and some of these best lap times are insane.

No, I don't stick to just one racer, I test them all out.

Is 165 ALL the possible stars? I've not seen a full count...

You're gonna need a lot more if you want the mods.

nah, just focus on ring races (high handling character), races, battle races (just hang back and let everyone kill themselves) etc. I found boost races and boost challenges pretty easy too.

Basically just avoid all Traffic Challenges like the plague

S Class pursuits are actually pretty easy too. Stick to the shoulders and only come off to get ammo and blast the tank when it's vulnerable. The only time that doesn't work is with the barricades, but those should be easy enough to avoid/shoot through.

Well, thanflully I have a younger brother who is roughly just as skilled as myself and we decided to make our way into the VS courses and Races, stacking the odds to ourselves by having 2 racers making it so that either one of us could come in first.

After we chopped through a fair few S rank races and have all VS races done as well to earn 165 and get Ages and Reala.

Of course, we have a lot of races to go and will probably be able to get the 180 mod... is that the last one or is there one more hidden behind the 200 star gate?

For your information, you need ALL 232 stars in World Tour to unlock AGES's console mod. That means getting 4 stars on every single event in World Tour.

Thank goodness I generally detest console mods, mainly because they really tend to, more often then not, completely reverse the stats of what the character is good in (and often also cutting away good stats in favor of Boost, which is near useless).

We are around the 175 mark of stars and will need to tackle some ring races and such on S rank to get the Arcade mod at 180, but with that in our pocket, we'll put a lid on it.

I'll be perfectly happy without Ages having a crown on it.

Boost stat is actually the best stat in this game. As an example, if your character has a 6 in Boost, it will overwrite the Speed stat while Boosting. And since this whole game is all about Boosting, you can get to the front fairly easily by properly managing your Boost.

You can test this yourself if you want. First pick any track then pick a low Boost character. Once your done with the race, pick the same track and this time with a high Boost character and see how easily you are able to get to the front with high Boost compared to low Boost.

Of course, Console mod or high Boost is not for everyone. They are basically mods for highly experienced players. Personally, I prefer a more balanced car and I will only pick a high Speed or high Boost mod in very straight tracks like After Burner.

And finally, in case your wondering about AGES, his Console mod has stats of 4/1/1/6, which is basically the same as Ralph and Gilius Console mods.
