Return of Custom Characters?

Any idea if this feature will return from World? I really liked it. Hope we'll see an expansion of pilot suits too.

Could be since Overworld is based greatly on the World engine (If that can be called) and what not.

Nooo! That was like one of the most wasted feature of World. Faceless pilot? Meh.

Actually, if it at least has a generic face then I'm okay.

was it used on 3D? that would be a clear giveaway

But 3D didn't have any attachment to overworld like world does because it's a continuation of that same "engine" as stated above. Kinda like how final fantasy X relates to final fantasy X2 but not final fantasy VIII. So with that, I'd say the custom characters will still be there. Hopefully with faces this time.

I wouldn't really call them faceless. You just need a close-up to see their face.

I would like to have them back.

I wasn't too pleased with it at first, with them having no face. But I created one for my current playthrough and I must say they're cool enough. Having a named grunt Zeon pilot, in a squad composed of Norris Packard and Lalah Sune, led by Anavel Gato and under the orders of Char Aznable... that's awesome.

I named him Hartmann by the way, so he's bound to be an ace.

I don't know; the game has enough pilots as is, and I'd rather they used the UMD space for pilot data, voices and such.

If that's for all new playable characters (Cancer Kafka, the Rondo twins and such), I'm OK with it. If that's for another version of Setsuna, I'd prefer to have the custom characters again.
