Unfortunately we do not worship gundam as much as Japan does. Culture wise, gundam is pretty much the star wars of Japan.

Partial English versions of Mobile Suit Gundam AGE Universe Accel and Cosmic Drive (two versions of the same game like pokemon) are available, if you know what I mean.
