Well, I wouldn't count some of these series out just yet. I mean, just about every series listed on the OverWorld site with the exceptions of Unicorn and the 00 movie are pretty barebones with what they've chosen to reveal (and heck, Gunpla has no reveals yet and there's still that one mystery entry).

What's disconcerting to me is that Astraea is listed with no pilot, but then again it had a couple of different pilots. I really hope more of the manga sidestory stuff turns up. First off, I wouldn't mind seeing the infamous Gundam Plutone in action. Secondly, I wouldn't mind getting to see the Meisters of the era either. I hope the Astraea isn't just there as a stepping stone to get Fon Spaak's Astraea F2. To me, that'd feel like a pretty huge disservice to those characters.

That's the Striker Custom, which has actually appeared in World. It's essentially the upgraded version of the GM Striker, obviously made to be more like a Gundam than a GM (although the GM Striker was a pretty tough customer in its own right in previous G Gen games)

Half of me is saying there will probably be more, and the other half is saying look what happened to ASTRAY last time they pull this **** every game don't get your hopes up.

Well, admittedly Astray did draw a short straw in World. However OverWorld does seem to be focusing very heavilly on the sidestores (considering how much Advance of Zeta, Astray, and Crossbone have all been expanded, G-Unit's rather full debut, and some other things like Second V turning up). It would seem rather weird that the 00 sidestories get little coverage when the others get so much.

G-UNIT isn't debuting, it's returning. And I'm still skeptical regardless.

I knew the moment I posted it that I was probably off about that. Then again, I've only been with the series since Wars, so I haven't seen it in action in G Gen before.

Anyone else find it interesting that Mark's listed as the pilot of the Phoenix Gundam? Since all the other ones with pilots are plot relevant, is Mark going to be an actual plot relevant character this game?

Actually, I think Mark's been considered Phoenix Gundam's pilot for a long time. Guess it's just official now.
