You do realize the game just came out less than a week ago? There are people working on a patch but its not going to be done anytime soon.

In TC's world, translation patches can be stomped from the ground. I'd like to live in such a world.

I don't think a patch or ft will be needed.
localization will be done in a few *months.
But if some guy would spend day, weeks and months translating the game, i wouldn't disagree.

I also curious why, why those SS 's texts are in English while there are currently none(eng patch) in the internet nor any option in-game to switch the text language.

Best guess is from start the developer wanted to just use english languange for skill name but since some japanese found it hard to read alphabet, they change it to katakana which read exactly like english,
