Absolutely no punishment for playing cheap, with modifiable records close at second and "broken mechanics" being third.

Since I can't vote for 2 I wanna vote for the osessive fixing their record as well, if your online battle record was saved online in a server or something and they punished you for RQ I bet people who are obsessed with their "perfect" records would have nothing to brag about anymore
