It is incredible that you are still complaining about the "great snake escape" when this chapter just proved that it is possilble to summon a creature while injured,Tsunade used summoning jutsu while barely alive.

So now you can't use the excuse of "Sasuke has too injured to use a summoning jutsu". And there's no proof that Sasuke didn't have chakra to use the Summoning Jutsu.

The Great Snake Escape wasn`t about Sasuke being injured...what are you smoking?

Sasuke lost enough chakra to not be able to stand...remember, chakra control everything in the body.

http://www.mangareader. net/93-367-6/naruto/chapter-362.html

You can later keep reading and see Sasuke has so little chakra that he tries to run away but falls...so yeah, he didn`t have chakra left to summon as its stated to require large amounts of it. Do remember again, chakra is what controls every function in the human`s bodies (in Naruto anyway). Kind of like blood in us, now Sasuke has lost so much that he lost the function of body movement.

Then Deidara blows up...and the explosion is in his face.

http://www.mangareader. net/93-367-16/naruto/chapter-362.html

So what happens? Lets pretend this () is Sasuke. Let`s also pretend this / is the explosion. Sasuke was in front of Deidara, so lets picture it like this

/ ()

So that`s how close the explosion and Sasuke were. In the time it took to do this

/ ()
/()
(/) (death by explosion)

Sasuke was able to:

1-Bite his fingers
2-Perform handsigns
3-Reach for the ground
4-Wait for Manda to appear
5-Look Manda in the eye
6-Perform a genjutsu on Manda (rules of genjutsu will later be explained)
7-Force Manda to eat Sasuke
8-Make Handsigns
9-Perform Reverse Summoning

All that and the explosion only didn`t blew apart Manda, it only burned her enough so that he died due to not receiving medical help.

Genjutsu rules?

http://www.mangareader. net/93-264-9/naruto/chapter-259.html

You have to control the chakra of he who you want in a genjutsu. What does this mean? That the chakra in use for the genjutsu is proportional to the target`s. What does that mean? That Sasuke needed chakra enough to control what chakra Manda had...see the fault now?

Not only does Sasuke not have chakra enough to sustain body movement, but he somehow manages to summon a create that requires lots of chakra and cast a genjutsu on the creature that requires chakra proportional to the creature`s own...now, a creature that size...how much chakra do you think it has?

Plot hax, Uchihax, Bad writing in its very core!

He was injured,he said it himself,That using Chidori in his own body in order to disarm the clay bombs has the reason he was barely able to stand.

Chakra translates to how well you are. If Sasuke was so injured he could not walk then his chakra was too...as its been stated to control the entire nervous system which means the entire body too.

Well Tsunade just got her legs crushed and she's barely alive,I don't think any injuries Sasuke got in that fight compare to what Tsunade is going trough right now.

And you have no proof that he consumed all of his chakra.Because Sasuke never said that he was out of it.

You forget that further proof of his depleted chakra was his lack of being able to even keep the Sharingan activated (but somehow he could turn it back on AND genjutsu Manda)...

And not to mention that in order to summon creatures, you must sign a blood-binding contract with them. If Sasuke, later on was able to summon a Hawk, obviously he didn't have a blood binding contract with snakes, so how could he summon Manda? (Don't say because he absorbed Orochimaru because that's not really evident, and when he summoned Manda, he produced HIS OWN blood, not Orochimaru's).

Admittedly, I am biased towards Deidara due to favoritism, but I must say that all the rules in that bout between the two was broken just so that it would be skewed in Sasuke's favor.

He probably disabled the Sharigan because he probably didn't see any reason to keep it activated because he pretty much cornered Deidara. this is not the first time that Sasuke deactivated his Sharigan because he didn't need it. Like when he was pursuiting Gaara after that match with him,he had the Sharigan disabled, and only activated it when he was fightning Gaara again.
