It's so hard for me to say.

Killer Bee is overall my favorite, but as for new characters it's really difficult to say.

Utakata human wise looks the coolest, but easily has the worst looking Jinchuuriki.

Fu, Easily, For some reason she was always my favorite of them not Counting Gaara, Naruto and Killer Bee.
