In the start of the series it was all like; "oh no the Forbidden Scroll contains the most powerful forbidden jutsu and it cannot fall into the wrong hands" and now absolutely nobody cares.

What's up with that?

It's being protected. What's more to talk about?

Would it not be logical to give the scroll to Naruto and let him learn all the Jutsu in it? He has the ability to do so. The scroll completely fell out of the story and it was a big deal in the start.

Not really.

It was just a plot device to teach naruto the most overused and not so secret jutsu in the entire series.

The Multishadow Clone jutsu consumes too much chakra, that is why it is a forbidden jutsu,it can kill it's users due to lack of chakra. However,Naruto having so much chakra isn't affeted by this. Also,Naruto is the only person in the world who can make hundreds,if not thousands of shadow clones,so that's just how powerfull the Multishadow clone jutsu is.

So basically,it is considered dangerous to fall on a enemies hands, after all, what if the enemy is able to use such jutsu despite his drawbacks? Yeah, that would suck.

That doesn't answer his question, which is a good, and common question in anime/manga like these. Yeah, they should give the scroll to Naruto, as it'd help with the war immensely.

As for your statement, it's wrong. Other Jin like Bee and Gaara, A who has stated Bijuu level chakra, Kisame, and more can also make thousands of shadow clones, seeing as they had/have almost as much chakra.

Basically what I'm saying is, if this scroll which according to the series "holds the most powerful forbidden jutsu" (plot device or not) has such amazing techniques in it that they don't even want anyone to see it let alone even touch it then why did it just fall out of the series completely? Wouldn't someone like Orochimaru try to obtain that scroll? Wouldn't someone have thought it wise to let Naruto study the jutsu in it because he is "the fastest learner the ninja world has ever seen"? Surely it could find a spot in the lore somewhere.

If they gave Naruto that scroll and let him study it and train in kage bunshin sage mode for a few weeks before the war he would have been even more powerful. Maybe too powerful, which might be why that didn't happen. Perhaps before the final fight, whatever it may be after the Uchiha bros and Juubi, we will see Naruto get a power boost from the scroll. That's what I hope though.
