hm...

going by showings / feats

0- Sage of six paths
0- Hashirama
0- Kabuto

i put these as "0" because they're basically unrankable. we either don't have enough info to go on, don't have any showings, or in kabuto's case because of edo tensei kabuto can essentially become "Kabuto+the rest of the tier list" which would make positioning him anywhere really weird.


1 = Madara
2 = Naruto

undisputed top 2 we've seen in combat. i don't think theres much of a way to argue

3- Nagato
4- Itachi
5- Minato
6- Obito
7- Sasuke

these guys are all somewhat interchangeable (for obito i'm not counting the jinchuurikis as part of his abilities as they were Kabuto's summons. he has diplayed nothing with the rinnegan either...which is why he's down here)

Sasuke is probably stronger than we've seen , it's just that he hasn't had a fight where he could go all out yet and against Kabuto he looked pretty bad compared to Itachi. i'm assuming he has some hidden EMS power he hasn't shown, but since assumptions don't count, he's at the bottom compared to the rest of these people for now

Minato doesn't have many showings but the ones he has are very good. he's the powerful role model figure for Naruto, much as Itachi is / was to Sasuke.

after this point it gets much hazier and arguments could be made for a lot of people to be top 10..so here's my "group of characters who could conceivably be in the last 3 spots"

anywhere from 8th to 10th:
Gaara
Danzo
3rd raikage
Muu
Onoki
Jiraiya
2nd Mizukage
A
Killer Bee


...probably more i'm forgetting


so to round it up, right now we have a god tier with Naruto and Madara, a tier below that with Itachi,Sasuke,Minato, Nagato and Obito and then a third tier with a ton of people

lolwut?! I thought we were doing Naruto characters only. I don't know who Lars, Kazuya, Cole MacGrath. I know that Sub-Zero (my favorite MK character; well, the younger Sub-Zero) and Scorpion are ninjas. And why is John "Soap" MacTavish on your list (a protagonist from the Modern Warfare CoD series)? He is a soldier, not a ninja. But I really laughed hard when I saw your list; I thought it was funny.

It was a joke list. Lars and Kazuya are from Tekken. Cole MacGrath is from InFamous

Nonsense. Berating my opinion right off the bat is not "starting a civilized discussion". That's starting a debate and you know it.

Simply asking me "why did you put Hiruzen at that spot?" would be doing so. Jumping right in and basically telling me that my opinion is stupid and that Nagato should have that spot is not. Twist it all you want, it's right there black on white and the context is pretty clear.

I don't have enough favorites for a top 10 and I'm only interested in part 1 characters before it went all "dbz world shattering".

Everyone else is irrelevant.

He has the Juubi, and Edo Madara won't let him die, nor will he betray him, so yeah, Obito is unbeatable in terms of current fighting power.
