Itachi is going to be a costume change. Nagato by the looks of the character select screen is the next to Pain slot. Kimmimaro is a costume. Chiyo either a costume change or regular with her Mom and. Pa Puppets in both forms. Edo Madara is confirmed by the Boss battle Uchiha vs 5 Kages achievement. Rinnegan Tobi is confirmed by the True Dispair boxart. Most of your list is either confirm by boxarts or costume change(like Deidara and Asuma probably Chiyo). So we can forget about confirming them and lets focus on those 6 mysterious Konoha shinobi that still has me confused.
